Our method is based on the Schmidt & Hunter meta-analyses, over 100 years of research into what truly predicts whether someone will be successful in a role. The combination of work samples, cognitive tests, and structured interviews achieves a predictive validity of r ≈ .63, significantly higher than traditional CV screening. For cultural matching, we use the Competing Values Framework by Cameron & Quinn, developed at the University of Michigan. This OCAI instrument identifies four culture types (Clan, Adhocracy, Market, Hierarchy) and has been applied by thousands of organizations worldwide.\n\nIn our own implementation, both the company and the candidate complete a culture profile based on the OCAI model. Our AI then compares the organization's four culture types with the candidate's values and work style. This produces an objective culture fit score before the first interview even takes place.
