How we use artificial intelligence responsibly

What does our AI do?

We Are Over The Moon uses advanced AI models to make the recruitment process fairer and more efficient. Our systems analyze competencies, cultural fit, and potential without looking at origin, gender, or age.

  • CV Analysis: Structures and summarizes experience.
  • Cultural Fit: Matches candidate values with company culture.
  • Ranking: Sorts candidates based on objective criteria.
  • Reports: Generates summaries for recruiters.

What data do we use?

We only process data relevant to the application. This includes work experience, education, skills, and assessment answers. We do not use biometric data or emotion recognition.

Human Oversight

AI does not make final decisions with us. Our tools are intended to support recruiters and hiring managers. Every hiring decision is ultimately made by a human.

Your Rights (EU AI Act)

In accordance with European legislation, you have the right to transparency and explanation.

  • Right to information: Knowing when you interact with an AI system.
  • Right to explanation: Understanding how a score was generated.
  • Human intervention: You can request a human review.

No Prohibited Practices

We strictly distance ourselves from prohibited AI practices. We do not engage in 'social scoring', emotion recognition in the workplace, or manipulative techniques.
